The advanced levels of the yoga and tantra course consists of 4 consecutive intensive modules taken after the general Hatha yoga first month immersion. these modules can culminate on a teacher-training or continue into more advanced levels of spiritual practice.
In any case, the courses are divided into 2 daily sessions of asana practice, meditation and theory.
